The initial form of contact any cient have with Mandavilla Events is through our specialist Event Coordinators, who have been working in the industry for over 25 years, having successfully assisted over 1000 couples and families plan their special event.
Their roles involve informing and discussing with our clients what they desire for their event, what we provide to them as standard and also all the many extras that we are able to supply upon request.

At the heart of Mandavilla Events is our Executive Chef & Managing Director, Martin Sciberras a respected leader with over 37 years in the hospitality industry.
Martin’s journey spans from humble beginnings as an apprentice to Executive Chef, working alongside world-class culinary talent and shaping his craft in some of Australia’s most renowned establishments, including the Shangri-La Sydney (formerly ANA Hotel), Hyatt Sydney, and the Swiss Grand Resort Bondi.
His passion lies in creating unforgettable dining experiences that perfectly complement the spirit of every event from elegant weddings and corporate functions to community celebrations. Known for his approachable nature, Martin takes the time to personally connect with clients, ensuring each menu reflects their vision, cultural preferences, and style.
